Shipping methods

To ensure your watch is shipped securely, we work with reliable shipping and specialist service providers.

We ship watches with a merchandise value of under €25,000.00 via UPS or FedEx Express, including appropriate transport insurance.

For watches with a merchandise value of over €25,000.00, shipping is handled by specialised high-value logistics providers such as Ferrari Logistics, Galle, or Prosegur.

In principle, we ship throughout the EU. If you would like shipping to a non-EU country, please request this separately from us.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the merchandise value:

• For deliveries within Germany up to a merchandise value of €10,000.00, shipping costs are €29.00.
• For deliveries within the EU up to a merchandise value of €10,000.00, shipping costs are €99.00.
• For deliveries within Germany up to a merchandise value of €25,000.00, shipping costs are €99.00.
• For deliveries within the EU up to a merchandise value of €25,000.00, shipping costs are €199.00.
• For a merchandise value over €25,000.00, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request.
