Authenticity & Origin
Are all watches original manufacturer products?
Yes, we sell exclusively original products.
All watches are carefully inspected by us before sale. Should any (accessory) parts originate from third-party suppliers, we will explicitly indicate this in our listing.
Will I receive the original box and papers with each watch?
In most cases, our offerings constitute a complete set including box and papers. You can find this information in each individual listing.
Where do the watches come from?

What transaction options are available?
Which shipping service is used?
For watches with a value under €25,000, we use UPS and FedEx Express with appropriate transport insurance.
For watches with a value exceeding €25,000, we use specialized carriers such as Ferrari Logistics, Galle, or Prosegur.
To which countries is shipping available?
We generally ship throughout the EU.
If you require shipping to a non-EU country, please submit a separate inquiry.
What parking options are available if I have a personal appointment at the store?
You may use the public parking facilities at City Gallerie Augsburg or Hotel Maximilians. Both parking facilities are only a few minutes’ walk from our store.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and merchandise value. You can find the shipping costs in the following table:

- Germany, up to €10,000: €29
- EU, up to €10,000: €99
- Germany, up to €25,000: €99
- EU, up to €25,000: €199
- Over €25,000: Upon request
Which payment methods are available?
For online purchases, you may use the following payment methods: direct bank transfer or PayPal
For in-store collection, you may pay via real-time transfer, debit/EC card, or up to €9,900 in cash (as of 01/2026, subject to change due to AML regulations).
Why does the price on the website sometimes differ from prices on other platforms?
Platforms such as Chrono24 charge transaction fees that we must pass on. Therefore, we can offer our merchandise at lower prices on our website.
Are the prices negotiable?
Our offerings are generally fixed-price. In some cases, we may offer a modest discount for fee-free bank transfers.
Will I receive an invoice with each watch?
We naturally provide a proper dealer invoice in your name for every watch purchased from us.
Why does payment via PayPal incur fees?
PayPal charges a fee of approximately 2.5% for each transaction with buyer protection. Unfortunately, we must pass on this fee. Alternatively, a fee-free bank transfer is available as a payment method.

Ich habe vor ca. einem Jahr eine Tudor Black Bay 54 bei Van Houten online gekauft.
Meine vielen Fragen wurden mir sehr schnell,sehr freundlich beantwortet und die Uhr wurde für mich bestellt und war früher da als abgemacht.
Der Preis und die Lieferung waren super und ich kann jedem,der eine spezielle Uhr sucht diesen Händler empfehlen.
Da ich die Black Bay am Kautschukband bestellt habe,selbst Optiker bin (also feinmechanisch nicht ungeschickt)wurde mir noch genau erklärt wie ich das Ganze zu kürzen habe.Bevor jemand was falsches denkt,Herr van Houten hat mir empfohlen,dass er es vorher nicht kürzt,da wenn zu kurz dann zu kurz und bei Kautschukböndern verhält sich das Ganze etwas anders.Also auch hier kompetent und sehr freundlich.Mit der Anleitung konnte ich es selbst machen und hatte sogar noch sehr viel Spaß dabei.
